Prior to writing, I was a frequent political commentator in Dallas-Fort Worth, appearing on Fox 4, NBC, ABC, CBS, Spectrum, KRLD, KERA, and various other outlets.

For eight years I served as the Communications Coordinator for the Arlington Independence Day Parade - the longest running annual event in Arlington and the largest parade of its kind in Texas. For eight years, I was blessed to be the spokesperson for the parade on a variety of North Texas news outlets, and helped contribute to the quality of life in Arlington, Texas and throughout DFW.

I’ve been honored to serve on numerous boards and committees over the last decade, including Young Men For Arlington, Arlington Historical Society, Congressman Joe Barton’s Advisory Committee, Stone Creek HOA Board of Directors, and various others.
